These terms apply to your use of epicvideofactory.com (the “site”), which is operated by Epic Video Factory (“we” or “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The site describes the animated videos we make and how we work. It isn’t an offer to make a video on particular terms. Projects are covered by a written proposal or agreement that sets out the details of the project, such as the scope, price, schedule and revisions. If your project agreement and these terms conflict, your agreement applies.
The videos, images, animations, text, logos and other content on the site belong to us or to the clients and partners who let us show their work. You’re welcome to view our pages and share links to them. Please don’t copy, download, edit or reuse our content, including portfolio videos, for any other purpose without our written permission.
The client names and videos in our portfolio are examples of our work. Showing them doesn’t mean those organizations endorse us.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but its content is general information about our services. Timelines and other details on the site are typical examples, not commitments. Your proposal sets the actual terms for your project.
The site links to other websites and shows videos hosted by other services, such as Vimeo. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information you share through the site, by phone or by email.
To the extent the law allows, we provide the site “as is”, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
