Frequently Asked Questions

Question

How many revisions do I get?

Answer

We offer unlimited revisions, until you are fully satisfied, in each stage of the project. For example, in the scripting stage you can keep revising until you are 100% satisfied, before moving on to the voice over stage. But there is an extra charge to make revisions in previous stages. For example, if you want to change the script after the storyboarding stage begins, you will be charged extra to revise the script.

Question

What happens if I cancel the project?

Answer

If at any point you decide to cancel a project before it is completed, any refund due will be based on the number of project steps in progress when the cancellation request is received. For example, if only 1 step (script) is in progress, you will be refunded 66% of your downpayment. If 3 or more project steps are in progress, you will not be due a refund. We do not offer refunds once a project is approved and the final payment has been submitted.

Question

What steps are involved in creating a video?

Answer

Most videos follow a simple 4 step process, which includes the script & creative, storyboard, voiceover, video production. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback at each stage of the process, along with your final approval.

Question

What are the payment and contract terms?

Answer

You are required to pay 50% of the project total up-front. Payment can be made using a credit card or PayPal. The remaining 50% is due when you approve the final video. Once paid, the video is released for download.
